  • Understand the law and practice relating to the issue of grants of representation
  • Understand the powers and duties of PRs
  • Understand the requirements of Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (HMRC)
  • Understand the requirements of the court
  • Understand the law and practice relating to the administration and distribution of the estate.

  • Learners who wish to follow the CILEx professional route to become Chartered Legal Executives and have already completed the level 3 Professional Diploma in Law and Practice.
  • Anyone interested in a stand-alone Diploma in Land Law because of work or personal interests.
