CILEX Legacy Practice Rights

We currently offer a service for both Probate and Conveyancing practice rights

We offer an information to simplify the requirements for your application to CILEX Regulation to become practitioner.

We offer the following.

Access to the Information Event -£35

A 90 minute event which cover the following:

• Speak to Fellows who have successfully obtained PR.
• Know what each method of application involves, and which is right for you.
• Learn about the type of evidence which you need to provide to CILEX Regulation Limited in support of your application.
• See examples of the types of evidence which you could use to support your application.
• Hear about how to obtain PR via examination.
• Learn more about the importance of obtaining PR and ask questions.

Access to the Supporting Materials – £50

Access to materials as a course for 12 months where you can see examples of evidence and techniques to getting your portfolio ready. You do not to have needed to have attended the information event to access the materials but it is recommended.

If you would like to extend your access after that time you can ask us about an extension and fee on connect@brightlink.org.uk if you need to take a pause at any time you can ask us to freeze your subscription and restart it when you’re ready.

Access to 1-1 support in completing your portfolio. – £125

In addition to access to the online materials, people can have access to one-to-one support for a period of 12 months. This will comprise direct access for up to 1.5 hours in total, divided across two sessions (ie. 45 minutes each session).

We cannot offer any guarantees about what will form a successful application supported by evidence but we can share with you how others have achieved that outcome in the past.

You should be aware that a number of independent assessors work for CILEX Regulation to process applications and they have slightly different approaches. This means that some may require different evidence or presentation of it to others.
