Lynne Squires is CILEx’s Head of Business Development, her legal career began in 1998, working for a niche insolvency & bankruptcy firm based in Cardiff. Lynne was sponsored to complete the CILEX qualification, and was grateful to receive support from her employers throughout her learning journey.
In 2004, Lynne was given the opportunity to leave practice and joined CILEX with the objective of raising awareness of the CILEX route into the profession and to provide advice and guidance to a range of stakeholders (prospective students, CILEX members, learning & development specialists, employers, training providers, parents, careers advisors).
As Head of Business Development, Lynne leads a team offering tailored advice to legal service providers on areas such as work force development strategy, professional development planning & membership solutions for legal business and professionals, in addition to supporting CILEx training provider partners in the promotion and delivery of CILEX qualifications.
