Are you an experienced Property Lawyer with 1+ year of fee‑earning and case‑handling experience? We’re looking for a proactive individual to join our growing Cardiff team. You’ll manage your own caseload, deliver excellent client service, and contribute to our continued success.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload (sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold) from instruction to completion.
Communicate with clients and third parties (estate agents, brokers, local authorities) to ensure smooth progress.
Prepare legal documents including contracts, transfer deeds, completion statements, and Land Registry forms.
Conduct all required searches, due diligence, and HMRC/LR filings.
Maintain compliance and accurate file management throughout each transaction.
Handle exchange, completion, funds, and post‑completion submissions.
Skills & Experience
Minimum 1 year of fee‑earning conveyancing experience.
Strong knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing processes.
Excellent communication and client‑care skills.
High attention to detail and ability to manage a busy caseload.
Strong organisation and time‑management abilities.
Confident team player with the ability to work independently.
Familiarity with case management systems and Microsoft Office.
