We have made an update to the A6 Wills, Probate and Private Client title; in section 11.7.2 we added an update regarding the spouse/civil partner statutory legacy which increased from July 2023.
This change came in after we had finalised the 2023 summer update, but we felt it important to highlight before our next updates are due.”
