Please remember that when you purchase courses with us, time starts counting down on your subscription from the date you purchase, unless you specifically contact us to ask for a deferred start date. Your subscription time doesn’t begin when you start work on a unit.
If you are focussing on one unit and putting some others aside for now, if work or home life become too busy, you can pause your course so you don’t lose any time on it. To pause a course just email us on connect@brightlink.org.uk and do the same when you’re ready for it to restart.
While a course is paused, your access to materials and tutor support will be unavailable to you but ready and waiting for your return. Any instalment payments will still be payable on the planned dates and you may still receive automated messages from the website about expiry but we will be safely holding the time you purchased until you’re ready to make use of it.
