Become an Affiliate

Many of our learners come to Brightlink because someone they trust recommended us. Our affiliate scheme is simply a way of recognising and rewarding those recommendations.

If you know people who may be interested in training as a Paralegal, CILEX Lawyer or Solicitor, or organisations looking for legal training for their teams, you can refer them to Brightlink and receive a referral fee when they enrol.

The scheme is designed to be straightforward. You introduce us to someone who may benefit from our training, we take care of the rest, and if they enrol you receive a payment once their course fees are paid in full.

How it works

How It Works

-Register as an affiliate.

-Submit a referral form with the name and email address of the person you would like to introduce to Brightlink.

-Our team will contact them to discuss their training options.

-If they enrol and pay for their course, you receive the referral payment.

Commission Structure

Referral payments are based on the value of the course purchased at the time of enrolment.

Payments are made by bank transfer at the end of the month once the learner’s course fees have been paid in full.

A few important points about the affiliate scheme:
• The scheme is for individuals rather than organisations.
• Referrals must be new contacts who have not previously engaged with Brightlink.
• The person being referred must know you are referring them and agree to their details being shared.
• Referral payments apply only where training purchased exceeds £250.
• Payments are made after course fees are received in full.
• Self-referrals are not permitted.
• The affiliate scheme currently applies within the UK only.
• The affiliate scheme does not apply to apprenticeships.
• The referrer is solely responsible for declaring and paying any and all taxes associated with payments they receive from the affiliate scheme.

Our founder, Lorna Baldry, designed and created the first CILEX e-learning courses and established a free legal advice clinic that is unique of its kind. She writes legal and professional qualifications that are recognised internationally and previously served as a Chief Examiner. Our wider team includes qualified teachers and practising lawyers.

People who qualify with Brightlink go on to become fee-earning lawyers, partners in law firms, judges and business owners. In our CPD programmes, 100% of participants say they learned something new they could use in their work and would recommend the training to others.

We also help learners take a more accessible route into the legal profession. Many students save between £3,000 and £37,000 on their legal education and can reach a fee-earning role one to four years sooner.

What happens next?

Once you register:

  • You’ll be approved as a Brightlink affiliate and sent login details for the affiliate website portal
  • From the website you’ll be able to submit referrals using our referral form
  • Our team will contact your referral directly to discuss their options
  • If they enrol and complete payment, you’ll receive a referral fee

A few things to know

  • There is no cost to join the affiliate scheme
  • You don’t need to “sell” anything — just make an introduction
  • Referrals must be people who are new to Brightlink and happy for you to share their details
  • Payments are made once course fees are paid in full at the end of the month
