What you’ll be doing
Managing your own residential conveyancing caseload (sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold)
Communicating with clients and third parties to keep transactions moving
Preparing key legal documents and Land Registry forms
Handling searches, due diligence, and pre‑/post‑completion tasks
Ensuring full compliance and organised file management
Overseeing exchange, completion, funds, and registration
What you’ll bring
1+ year fee‑earning experience in conveyancing or similar
Strong knowledge of residential property law and procedures
Excellent communication and client‑care skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage a busy caseload
Strong organisation and a collaborative, team‑focused mindset
