A new Contributor and One of Our Partners in Leading Law
Week by week, via our Brightlink blogs and across our social media channels, we’ve been revealing the amazing contributors to our Leading Law ® accelerator. This week, we’re delighted to share the news that Hannah is partnering with us to develop the Leading Law ® programme and will be contributing to it as a key team member.
A practicing commercial property lawyer of 17 years, Hannah is passionate about the importance of personal and professional development for legal professionals. After coaching and training thousands of lawyers, industry expert Hannah co-authored Future Proof Your Legal Career: 10 core areas of professional development (with Claire Jones and Steve Crouch published by Globe Law and Business 2021). Hannah published her own bestselling book The Authentic Lawyer in May 2022, is also a podcast host and a keynote speaker on leadership, authenticity, mental health and wellbeing in the legal profession.
Outside of her legal and coaching work, Hannah supports legal professionals through monthly online and in person networking and peer coaching meetings. Throughout the pandemic, such support has been hugely popular with many valuable long-term connections established inside the groups.
Hannah is also Head of Mission at Legal Studio, a consultant model law firm and this role allows her to further her own mission of changing the culture in law so that work related stress, anxiety and burnout are no longer seen as an acceptable part of the profession.
Hannah will be offering masterclasses, Q&A sessions and will be an accountability coach for Leading Law participants. Developing authentic, supported and skilled Leaders within the legal profession is a key part of Hannah’s work and Brightlink are glad to be continuing our work with Hannah after her previous work with some of our land law and conveyancing learners.
