Leading the Way in Law

The Leading Law initiative is a 12 month accelerator programme for lawyers in or about to enter leadership roles. The legal sector is evolving and great leaders will be needed more than ever. Often good lawyers move into leadership positions without all the skills and guidance they need on things like leading people, using data correctly to manage and marketing or business development.

Legal Leadership Training

The Leading Law accelerator is a 12 month program that provides legal leaders with practical and real-world experience and skills. By bringing key leaders and influencers in the legal sector together, we aim to foster collaboration, encourage innovation, inspire excellence, and encourage the next generation of industry leaders.

We bring together key leaders and influencers in the legal sector to host masterclasses and Q&A sessions to share real, practical skills and experience and to accelerate leadership careers. Join us for a unique experience that will set you on your path to career success and being a better leader.

Who is it For?

Leading Law is a 12-month accelerator designed to propel or prepare existing, newly-appointed and aspiring leaders in legal firms and in house corporate or local authority departments.

You will need to commit to attend at least 2 sessions a month, one in the evening and one at lunch time. A full timetable for the year in advance will be provided at the start of the programme.

How Much Does it Cost?

The total cost for a full year’s programme of unique experiences and incredible opportunities is just £3,000. You can pay this in one payment before the accelerator begins or spread the cost over 12 months with 12 interest free payments of £250.

You can apply to join and have an interview with one of our team to check it’s the right time for you to accelerate your career and that this is the right programme to help you do that. You’ll be putting the skills you’re learning into practise in the workplace throughout. Applying incredible insights to the day to day work of your team and the strategy of your organisation. If you’re accepted to the programme, we’ll let you know the next course start date we have available for you and if necessary add you to our waiting list.
